Born in Hong Kong and holding an economics degree from the University of Hong Kong (HKU), Chin Seng Liu is a seasoned expert in global financing and investment strategy. His career at HSBC established his track record in syndicated loans, project financing, and cross-border M&A across the Asia-Pacific region. At QUBE, he leads global capital-raising initiatives, institutional investments, and the structuring of mega-project financing beyond traditional consulting.
Jung Suk-Jong
Head of Strategic Defence & Public ICT
Graduating from Korea Aerospace University and building his industry foundation at LG and SK, Jung Suk-Jong founded a leading System Integration (SI) firm in 1999. Over the past 27 years, he has played a pivotal role in national ICT infrastructure, including the Master Control and Reporting Center (MCRC) for the ROK Air Force. At QUBE, he directs large-scale digital architectures, mission-critical systems integration, and end-to-end technology execution.
Son Chan-Hyuk
Head of AIDC Engineering & EPC Operations
A Korea University engineering alumnus, Son Chan-Hyuk honed top-tier datacenter engineering capabilities at LG CNS and KT Cloud. Specializing in high-density power architecture, Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC), and hyperscale AI datacenter (AIDC) deployment, he oversees Tier-1 EPC construction governance, high-voltage substation integration, and mission-critical engineering quality at QUBE.
Kim Jong-Seok
Executive Vice President & Chief Cross-Border Architect
Kim Jong-Seok holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Sungkyunkwan University and completed the Executive Management Program at Bayes Business School (formerly City University) in academic association with LBS. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the United States. Following his service as a communications officer on a Republic of Korea Navy destroyer, he built critical ICT architectures over 30 years with SsangYong Information & Communications, HP Korea, and HP APJ. At QUBE, he oversees cross-border capital attraction and master planning for national-scale PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects.
